It is hereby certified that in conformity with the laws of the United States, Adelheit Pichel, Widow of Bernard Pichel, who was a Corporal, Co.. G. 74 Regt. Pa. Vol. Inf. is entitled to a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month to comence on the First day of September 1888 and to continue during her widowhood, unless she shall forfeit her right thereto. And she is also entitled to two dollars per month additional for each of the following named children while living and under the age of sixteen years. to wit:

Laura                 September 1888 to March 20, 1889.
