Bernard PICHEL

Bernard Pichel was in the 74th Infantry during the Civil War.  He applied for
a pension in 1863.  His widow, Adelheit, applied for pension benefits in 1888.
Bernard was involved in the tobacco business at a factory by the old canal in
Cincinnati after completing his military career.
